What is the difference between a modular home
and a site built home
?

It all starts at the design phase. Our highly skilled, in-house designers work closely with the buyer to deliver the floor plans and custom details that you want. State of the art computer design stations insure a quality product in a customer friendly environment.

Then we build - INSIDE. By building inside, we avoid weather related problems that often plague stick built job sites and drive up costs. Our skilled labor force is never slowed down by rain or snow, missing materials, or sub-contractor no-shows, thereby reducing costs AND delivering a finished product.

I want to build my house soon. Can I build faster with modular?

The fun part is you get to mix and match styles and floor plans, interior flooring and cabinets, counter tops and windows, in order to build your dream home. We're usually only limited by your imagination. Our expert sales representatives, authorized builders and in-house engineering department team up to create the home of your dreams!

What about cost and finance? How do I start the process?

The cost for a modular home is generally lower than for a stick built home of comparable size and amenities. Our production process is designed to save time and money at every step of the process - from the design phase to the interior finishing work. While the foundation is being poured, the home is already being built in our factory - saving move-in time and loan interest. Since most of our work is in a controlled environment, we maximize efficiency while minimizing waste of materials.

From Massachussetts & Points North: I-90 (Mass. Pike) to NYS Thruway, and follow directions above.

From Connecticut & Points East: I-84 West to exit 10 Newburgh, Rt. 9W North eight miles to Chelsea Modular Homes Factory and Model Center on the right.
